Vince Delmonte’s “No-Nonsense Muscle Building”
From dieting to lifting to cardio, No-Nonsense Muscle Building delivers an on-target program for the “too skinny.”

This is the program that transformed Vince from a skinny long distance runner into a fitness model champion and the one Vince has successfully used to bulk up his personal training clients.

Jason Ferruggia’s “Muscle Gaining Secrets”
This program isn’t about getting healthy, it isn’t about getting a little more fit or looking just a bit better.
The primary goal of the training Jason lays out in Muscle Gaining Secrets is developing significantly stronger, bigger bodies. Valuing strength and size gains equally, this is a program that ignores strict bodybuilding or strength training styles, instead creating a hybrid approach unabashedly designed to transform hardgainers into legitimate bad asses.
Bottom Line: Jason expertly takes you into the world of intelligently designed hardcore training and doesn’t let you go until you have all the tools and all the insider know-how you need to build a strong, powerful body.

Ben Pakulski’s “MI40 System”

Covering everything from training to dieting to supplementing, Pakulski shows the attention to detail that has helped him become one of the top competing pros and trainers in bodybuilding today.
Bottom Line: A serious trainer whose primary interest is size and symmetry will learn a great deal. The extensive and thorough video section is incredible, bringing the entire system together and giving the trainer all he needs to apply it and build more muscle.

Nick Nilsson’s “Mad Scientist Muscle”
If you’re scared of overtraining, Nick Nilsson has some very simple advice for you: “Don’t be.”
In Mad Scientist Muscle, Nilsson teaches you how to make overtraining your muscle building ally. He teaches you how to train right up to the point of overtraining and then strategically back off in order to maximize your gains. When done right, this type of training can produce some of the best muscle gains you will ever see.
Bottom Line: Nilsson delivers with detailed directions on how to get into the “optimal training zone”, making the complex doable and the gains plentiful.

Nick Nilsson’s “Muscle Explosion”
Designed to focus on a lagging muscle group and get it growing, this Nilsson creation is a quick blast of intense training. Its prescriptions may seem unusual (low calorie days, high rep days, etc.) but there is always reason to Nilsson’s madness.
Those who can commit to Muscle Explosion for its prescribed 28 days will find themselves quite a bit bigger and with one less problem muscle group after that short month.
Bottom Line: A trainer looking for a change-of-pace program, and who isn’t scared of a big bump in training intensity and going off the “ordinary” reservation, is going to like what he finds here.
