This program was originally entitled “Deep Muscle Stimulation”. It was then bought and retitled “Weight Gain Wiz” (presumably “Wiz” is short for wizard and not restroom slang) in 2007.
And now, it has completely disappeared. Kind of a shame because, while it isn’t the world’s greatest program, it is decent.
The organization is fine and most concepts are adequately explained.
Another surprise within the manual, Sweeney gives solid supplement advice. This is/was a surprise because the website that promoted this program was littered with weight gain pill ads. And, I hate weight gain pills (because they are a scam). That was a major reason I rated the program low.
He also presents some interesting thoughts on what he terms as “skinny syndrome.”
The basics of this program are good but not awe-inspiring. The workout plan is clear, dieting instructions are appropriately detailed. The muscle building prescription seems reasonable.
The bonuses are of little value (stuff you can get free elsewhere – sales books to get you to buy different products).
There is no support and doubtful it will be possible as the original creator has moved on. Without that and with some other questions, the value of this package doesn’t even come close to challenging some of the better programs on the market.
2 of 5 Stars: Price is/was low but so is/was credibility.
