You won’t hear the typical “I was once so skinny and I couldn’t gain muscle no matter what I did!” story from Ben Pakulski. A natural athlete, he put on muscle easily.
Genetically speaking, in terms of bodybuilding, Pakulski is blessed.
He has put that blessing to good use, becoming one of the top IFBB competing pros.
So, what does a successful IFBB pro bodybuilder (and therefore, a steroid-using bodybuilder) have to offer the natural, genetically-average trainer?
It’s a fair question. As you get to know Pakulski, you find out he is not the stereotypical pill-popping meathead (and I’d also add that you’d probably be amazed by the muscle-building intelligence of the majority of top pros).
Pakulski is a college-educated fitness nut (honors degree in kinesiology). In addition to competing, he has become a highly sought after trainer for pros and natural trainers alike.
Getting to where Pakulski has gotten may require the right genetics and some chemical help, but it still won’t happen without extreme dedication and experience/knowledge regarding training and dieting. In other words, you don’t just stick some needles in your butt and achieve the results that Pakulski has achieved.
Pakulski’s extensive knowledge is on full display in his MI40 program. This program is directed at the natural trainer and it is easy to see his passion for training and his detailed knowledge on what builds muscle the best and the fastest. Any serious trainer will get a lot out of the program.
